Lions crush Emerald to extend regular-season win streak to 21

GREENWOOD — Coming off a Class 3A state championship season in 2020, expectations were high for the Daniel High School football team this year, and the Lions have largely met those expectations, finishing a 5-0 run through their non-region schedule Friday with a 57-7 shellacking of the Emerald Vikings on the road.
