COUNTY — A Pickens man has been sentenced to nearly two decades in prison for causing a man’s death while fleeing from police.

Nicholas Keith Blackstock, 30, pleaded guilty Feb. 21 in Pickens County to felony DUI resulting in death, failure to stop for blue light resulting in death and possession of meth with intent to distribute, according to a news release from 13th Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins.
