EASLEY — Baptist Easley has a new service for patients: a convenient way to view their personal health information, including lab and test results, online. The new service is a patient portal, powered by Cerner, called MyHealth. Personal health information can be viewed by the patient anytime and from anywhere, using any device with Internet capability. MyHealth is encrypted and password-protected so the patient’s health data remains secure.

Patients registered to be admitted to Baptist Easley will receive an email welcoming them to the service. The patient clicks on the link within the email to join MyHealth. The email invitation expires in 90 days, but a patient can sign up later by calling Cerner at 1-877-621-8014. They can also call this number if they forget their password.

Additionally, Baptist Easley physician practices have a patient portal service. Patients can communicate with their doctors’ office, request prescription refills, and view personal health information. The physician practice portal requires a separate login from the hospital portal. Patients can sign up at their next doctor visit.
