PICKENS — The Hagood Mill Foundation, which supports Hagood Mill Historic Site, has been awarded two grants by S.C. Humanities — a Bridge grant for COVID-19 relief and a mini grant for the mill’s Seeds of Change event — both totaling $6,000.
