PICKENS — The SCRPA SCAP state volleyball championships were held Saturday, Nov. 17, in Hartsville at Hartsville Middle School and Byerly Park – TB Thomas Sports Center.

The 9U, 12U and 14U Pickens Recreation teams all won their respective age divisions. Pickens 9U defeated Westminster and Simpsonville to win the title, while the 12U team defeated Lancaster 1 and Westminster, and 14U beat Jasper County and Simpsonville.

The coaches and players would like to thank those who made the trip to Hartsville to support their efforts.

The Pickens Rec 8U and 15U soccer teams also each won their respective Western District
