Six Mile mayor Roy Stoddard and the members of town council recently signed a resolution to honor the Six Mile Recreation 10U All-Star team for its accomplishements. The team won the Sub-District Tournament in Pickens and the District Tournament held in Belton. They made Six Mile Recreation history as the first 9-10 year olds from Six Mile to advance to the State Dixie Youth Baseball Championship Tournament held in North Charleston.
