Local residents continued an Easter morning tradition in Pickens County, visiting Hillcrest Memorial Park for its annual sunrise service as the sun rises over the cemetery. The inspirational event, which was first held in 1960, is sponsored each year by Hillcrest Memorial Park and the Pickens Ministerial Association.
