Turmeric, the wonder spice

Turmeric is a spice that’s been around for probably 1,000 years and was used for centuries for medicinal purposes.

We cook with it, but may not be familiar with all the benefits of this colorful spice

ingredient.

These recipes have a Thai influence. I’m not a fan of anise, so I choose to leave that out of any recipe calling for it. But leave it in if you like it. Taste buds differ, so please yours.

I hope you’ll try these. Some are more trouble than others, but all are delicious.
